Getting Ready To Go.....

A Quick Trip....

The morning after Jord attended the temple....we left for Chicago.

Our yearly trip...thanks to Dad;)  He was asked to speak at the International Apple

conference.  We felt it would be great to spend the last few days with Jord...

in Chicago enjoying the sights and eating lots of yummy food!

It was a treat to have him all to ourselves.

We love Tea at the Ritz Carlton...Jordan discovered that he too loved

a good cup of tea.  Good thing...I think he might be drinking alot for the next couple of years;)

Then it was on to Navy Pier...the day was really hot so the ice cream from

Ben and Jerry's tasted really good.

We also had the chance to see a very unique presentation of Peter Pan...

done in a circus tent with the scenery projected onto the walls.  It was fantastic!

We also saw Blue Man Group...which is always so fun!

It was a great treat to spend some quality time with Jordan before we said

good-bye for 2 years!

Jordan's "farwell" was Sunday August 14, 2011

Colonia Dublan Mexico

So many friends came to support him.  Also Uncle Nate, Uncle Ben, Uncle Matt and Uncle Heath

all came from Arizona...and Grandma and Grandpa Skinner came too.

Attending The Temple.....

Jordan went through the Colonia Juarez Temple on August 16, 2011.

Lot of family was there to join him...

Grandpa Skinner found himself a very large beetle....

Afterward...we all met at The Hacienda for a bite to eat together.

It was a great joy to be with Jordan in the temple.
